PROJECT OVERVIEW
Grabby is an e-commerce platform that enables users to purchase goods and various items from the comfort of their homes and get those items delivered right to their doorstep. The goal of the application is to enable users to locate vendors closest to them, whether for walk-in or online purchases. They can access restaurants, clothing stores, pharmacies, sports shops, and a whole lot of other businesses across their locale quickly and conveniently.

PROBLEM STATEMENTS
‘Existing modes of payment and method of payment on e-commerce applications are not convenient. I usually don’t feel secure when making a payment’.
‘I find it difficult as an online shopper to search for desired merchants by location on e-commerce applications. I want to be able to find and buy from merchants close to me online’.
‘The process from launching an app to finally completing an order I usually find tedious. I want to be able to place an order for a product without clicking too many pages’
USER RESEARCH INSIGHTS
All of our respondents shop online at least once in a month. This shows us that E-commerce is widely used by variety of people.
Delay in delivery is one of the major problem users face by buying online. 7 out of 9 respondents claim they don’t get their products delivered on the date stipulated for delivery.
Most of the users want more than one payment method. They also want to be able to pay after their items get delivered.
Most of our target users want to be able to influence when their products will be delivered. They want to know the location of the dispatch rider delivering their items.
AUDIT FEEDBACK
3 out of 9 respondents expressed a bad experience while searching for products
2 out of 9 respondents reported a bad experience with locating quality vendors to buy from
5 out of 9 respondents would be willing to pay more money if it means a faster delivery and also track their orders in real time
